Ascend Roofing provided excellent service and results. From the start Bradley assisted in filing the claim with our insurance and took care of all the communucation needed with the adjuster. He explained the process from filing the claim to completion of the project and answered all of our questions including pros and cons of different materials. When the adjuster came to do the inspection Ascend had a representative onsite to ensure that nothing was missed. We have a large roof and it was replaced in a single day, including demolition and cleanup. Our neighbors even commented on Ascend's efficiency and cleanup. Gutters and other repairs were completed on a separate day with the same attention to detail and cleanup. Ascend Roofing's customer service and quality of work is exceptional and second to none.
