Ascend Roofing and Construction did a fantastic job with my roof inspection. From the moment they arrived, I could tell they were knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time to check everything properly and provided a detailed report afterward. Their customer service was outstanding, and they answered all my questions patiently. I feel much more confident about the condition of my roof thanks to them!
I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company! Their entire team was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel so simple and stress-free If you’re looking for a roofing company that you can trust and that genuinely puts their customers first, I highly recommend them! We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Absolutely great company. They helped me every step of the way kept me very informed throughout the whole process. Advocated for me with insurance very professional all around great company.
Ascend Roofing provided excellent service and results. From the start Bradley assisted in filing the claim with our insurance and took care of all the communucation needed with the adjuster. He explained the process from filing the claim to completion of the project and answered all of our questions including pros and cons of different materials. When the adjuster came to do the inspection Ascend had a representative onsite to ensure that nothing was missed. We have a large roof and it was replaced in a single day, including demolition and cleanup. Our neighbors even commented on Ascend's efficiency and cleanup. Gutters and other repairs were completed on a separate day with the same attention to detail and cleanup. Ascend Roofing's customer service and quality of work is exceptional and second to none.
My experience with this roofing company was amazing. They showed up promptly, finished in one day, and did a top notch job. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
I highly recommend Ascend Roofing and Construction! They did an excellent job on my roof and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They also walked me through the insurance process and helped me understand what was needed along the way. The communication, professionalism, and quality of work were all excellent. I really appreciate everything they did and would definitely recommend Ascend Roofing and Construction to anyone needing a new roof!
Great company helped me every step of the process was very transparent and honest really good all the way around would recommend
I had a small leak after a heavy storm, and Ascend Roofing & Construction came out the next day to assess the damage. They didn’t try to upsell me on a whole new roof like some other companies. Instead, they patched the damaged area and even checked the rest of the roof for free. Honest, responsive, and professional—highly recommend them for any roofing repairs!
